This video has some bad audio on it due to the conditions it was being recorded in. The ingredients are:
Avocados – 2
Parsley – 1 bunch
4 Carrots – use peeler to make long thin strips
Alfalfa Sprouts – 1 container
Olive Oil – 1/4 cup
Raw Honey – 3 tablespoons
Sea Salt – 1/4 tsp
Juice of one fresh Lemon
1/4 cup filtered water
Chop the Parsley and the sprouts into smaller pieces. Peel the avocados and cut into cubes. Peel the carrots then cut into long strip using peeler. Mix the salad fixing together. Now using a blender, mix the water, olive oil, lemon and raw honey together to make the dressing. When the dressing is totally mixed, pour as desired onto the salad mix and serve!
This salad is full of anti-oxidants and chlorophyll. It will act as a natural cleanser (from the parsley) and the sprouts are a nutrient rich super food. The honey is the nectar of flowers condensed giving you a powerful internal cleanser. Make it for the main meal or an addition to one. I can eat this and feel very full and satisfied. Enjoy!
