Raw Vegan Pasta – with Avocado

This is a video recipe for one of my favorite dishes – raw vegan pasta.

It takes:
two tomatoes,
one cucumber,
one bell pepper,
one avocado,
two teaspoons oregano,
one to two teaspoons of basil,
one half teaspoon of sea salt,
one teaspoon of cumin (optional)
tablespoon of Exra Virgin Olive oil

I use a spiral slicer by world cuisine and a Hamilton Beach food processor to mix the sauce.
