Raw Food Weight Loss Journey

This is my original video that I made that talks about me losing 100 pounds in 6 months on a raw food diet. I show you you just how heavy that I got eating the sad diet and not caring about myself. It wasn’t until I read a magazine at the local vitamin cottage that talked about raw food that I knew what I had to do to change myself.

I started out with raw juices, salads and some recipes. I used many of the recipes in my book “Raw-licious Healthy and Delicious Recipes” to start eating more and more raw food into my diet. I loved the Raw Pasta, cacao balls, tomato chili and some of the other tasty dishes I made. I juiced a lot of greens and added seaweed and wheat grass to my juicing mixtures. Dulce was a favorite seaweed to add. Loved the flavor.

There are always ups and downs when changing your life. The best thing is to take it a day at a time and treat each day as an adventure. Live with passion for life. You only have one life, live it to the most. You are what you eat…
