mix together 1/4 cup Tahini, coconut oil (softened),
1-2 table spoons of honey or agave,
1-2 tablespoons of raw carob/cacoa
1 tblsp mesquite (can leave) out if don’t have
add nuts or shredded coconut (optional)

put in small shallow container
into the fridge or freezer (if impatient) to harden and enjoy
enough for 2-4 depending how greedy you are! 😉
