1 Tb. (raw) black sesame seeds
1/2 c seeded & chopped dates
1 c (raw) Almonds
1/4 c (raw) Pistachios
1/4 c dried apricot
2 Tbs dried cranberries
2-3 Tbs fresh coconut (which has been chopped fine) reserve coconut milk!
2 Tbs. raw carob powder
1 TB raw honey
1 Tbsp. macadamia nutbutter
1-2 Tbsp fresh coconut milk
1/2 seeded vanilla bean
Pulse: almonds and pistachios to a coarse chop. Set aside. In bowl: Mix apricots, dried cherries, dates,
coconut, black sesame seeds, carob, honey & nut butter > Add seeds of 1/2 vanilla bean. Then with
hands or with spoon, mix until blended well. Add nuts. Line 8 \” square pan with parchment paper. Pat
into pan gently. Cover with additional parchment then a layer of plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Cut into squares and serve. This excellent cookie bar may also be broken up and sprinkled liberally on a
fresh fruit organic salad. Bon!
