Banana Nut Brittle

Serving Size 12
2 1/2 cups pitted dates
8 peeled bananas
3 cups raw almonds, roughly chopped
3 cups organic dried coconut
1/4 cup flax meal

Blend bananas, dates and flax meal until smooth. Stir in nuts and coconut. Spread onto Telflex sheets
evenly and dehydrate at 105* or until crispy. Store in a glass jar in frig or freezer up to 4 months. It
never lasts that long. I have a son who doesn’t like coconut but will sit an eat a whole bowl of this
brittle. My dehydrators ( I have 2) don’t have a thermostat on them but it only takes 4-5 hours to dry.
Break the brittle up into pieces.
