Almond Hummus

¾ Cup sprouted almonds
2-3 cloves garlic or a slice of raw onion or both
Juice and zest of a lemon or lime
2-4 T raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
2 or 3 soaked dates or other sweetener to taste
Small bunch cilantro, parsley, or basil or other fresh herb chopped
1/3 cup soaked sundried tomatoes
*cayenne pepper,
sea salt, pepper,
nama shoyu,
and/or other herbs and spices to taste water ( ½ to ¾ cup)

Place all ingredients starting with some of the water in a high powered blender or food processor and
blend until smooth. Adjust water as needed. P.S. my favorite way in eat is in a wrap with your favorite
large green leaf as the shell, some hummus spread with chopped tomatoes, onions, avocado, and
cilantro and sprouts on top. So delicious!
